  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Expectation had always fulfilled, in my every visit I always stay in this hotel, I like there taries pool where we can see jaipur city view, and the salsa lounge is very temteting I always enjoy music and drinks 😌,

Awesome Rooms and Service
Awesome hotel and facilities. Helpful staff. Usp of this hotel is that they have plunge pool rooms. I am visiting this hotel from last 7 years Nd it has always been awesome experience. Food is absolutely delicious and service is also good. If you visit Jaipur, i recommend you to take plunge pool rooms here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing staff!
The hospitality, staff and ambience are so good that I am visiting here for the 8-9th time.

The food, the greeting and everything is absolutely nice.

Relaxing and rejuvenating
The stay was amazing experience.
Rooms were clean, staff very cordial an food delicious. Well decoration.Plung pool is also was great . Salasa was good. Tiger trail excellent.

Très bon hôtel, personnel a l'écoute. Seul bémol la piscine était en travaux .Buffet très diversifié. Chambre spacieuse.la chambre était très propre et la salle de bain comporte une baignoire et une douche ce qui est appréciable. Je conseil cet hôtel.

Hôtel sympa accueillant mais publicité mensongère car une coupe de champagne devait nous attendre avec une corbeille de fruit mais 1 notre arriver 2 bières avec un gâteau au chocolat emballer....
Sinon le personnel été vraiment adorable.

Schönes Hotel um Jaipur kennenzulernen
Auf unserer Indienrundreise übernachteten wir 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel in Jaipur. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr gastfreundlich begrüßt und alles verlief reibungslos. Auf dem Zimmer angekommen, erwartete uns ein sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit extra Badewanne und Dusche. Das Bett war sehr groß und es waren nicht zwei getrennte Matratzen wie sonst, sondern eine große, sodass man nicht Nachts dazwischen fallen konnte ;-) Aufmerksam waren die 4 Wasserflaschen, die stets nachgefüllt wurden.
Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Buffet, welches gemischt ist durch europäisches Essen wie Bohnen, gegrillte Tomaten etc und einen Teil indischem Essens.
Das Abendbrot, welches bei uns auch dabei war, da wir Halbpension hatten, war ebenfalls ein sehr leckeres Buffet. Es bestand aus größtenteils vegetarischen indischen Gerichten und paar Fleisch- /Fischgerichten. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Separat gab es eine Dessertecke mit verschiedenen Kuchen etc. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die beiden Kellner, Kamal und Devendra, die stets bemüht waren unser Abendessen schön zu gestalten. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam, für jede Frage offen und der Service war erstklassig.

Alles in allem fanden wir das Hotel super! Das Essen war super lecker, die Zimmer sauber und geräumig und alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur zu empfehlen!
Danke nochmal an alles und besonders an Kamal und Devendra für den erstklassigen Service.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Jaipur (Royal Orchid) verbracht. Wir sind mit diesem Hotel und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind schön, es gibt einen Rooftop Pool und das Essen sowie Chai Tee von Devendra sind sehr fein. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

2 Nächte im Royal Orchid
Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte im Royal Orchid. Das Zimmer war sauber und für diesen Standart in Indien sehr hochwertig Ausgestattet. Da es unsere erste Nacht in Indien war habe ich noch etwas mehr auf die Kleinigkeiten geachtet. Sollte man als Deutscher vermeiden ;-) die inder legen den Wert darauf, dass alles auf den ersten Blick sehr schön aussieht. Der Empfangsbereich war sehr groß und unser Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Beim einchecken wurde alles und jeder nochmal durchgescannt. Ist wohl in Indien so der Standart. Am ersten Abend probierten wir das Buffet aus. Man kann auch a la Cart essen. Das Buffet war sehr ausgiebig. Es gab viel indisches essen. Mir hat leider eine kleine Erklärung zu den Gerichten gefehlt was denn da alles drin ist. So hat man eben das ausgewählt was einem optisch angesprochen hat. Vorspeise und Nachtisch gab es auch. Preislich lagen wir bei ca 25€ für 2 Personen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls wie das Buffet aufgebaut und reichhaltig. Indische und englische Sachen gab es hauptsächlich (backed beans, frisches omlett usw.) aber auch Müsli und Obst. Achtung, wenn man schwarzen Tee möchte, muss man diesen separat bestellen. Ansonsten bekommt man aus dem großen Behälter typischerweise schwarzen Tee schon mit Milch gemischt ;-)
Den Pool hatten wir nicht genutzt, da es abends immer geregnet hatte. Wir haben nur einen kleinen Blick darauf geworfen. Ob ich darin hätte baden wollen, weiß ich nicht. Chlor kennen die in Indien glaub nicht. Sah aber auf jeden Fall sauber aus. Für einen Aufenthalt in Jaipur auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Jaipur. Wer zu Fuß unterwegs ist, sollte sich daher lieber einen Fahrer mieten oder mit dem Tick Tuck in die Innenstadt fahren.
